<The Things Passing Through The Intersection>
Ozzy, 2026. Essay, South Korea.
A few jokes about life that came to mind while looking at the intersection.
This article consists of ten pieces of writing about the circular crossroads.
It fails—whether intentionally or unintentionally—to properly address the themes of solidarity, cultural imperialism, and colonialism, however it moves toward a determination to explore other possibilities for life.
Paragraph transitions where continuity is difficult to discern reveal aspects of life where solidarity and connection are hard to achieve.
Therefore, a sudden conclusion feels anticlimactic, however it also brings us a sense of lightness.
This work was created digitally; it was originally written in Korean and translated using Google Translate. It makes reference to Andrea Long Chu’s work <Authority> and the HBO drama series <The Pitt>.

Ozzy
A writer based in Seoul. Love jokes and to be flexible in trying various genres.
Ozzy is a Seoul-based essayist, performance producer, and playwright. Through the printed word, Ozzy’s works traverse and illuminate the connections between issues of social structure and the ugly, absurd, and microscopic moments of everyday life.
My work often involves revealing things that people find dislike to talk about. So that work sometimes inflicts intentional wounds, but it is also an effort to connect with more people. Most of them are failed jokes, and I like both the failure and the joke.
