1. 예술기획TF의 필요성과 정체성
예술 생태계는 개별 작가·전시·기관을 넘어 복합적 이해관계와 사회적 책임을 내포합니다. 오늘날의 예술기획은 단순히 ‘전시를 만드는 것’이 아니라, 기업·도시·공공정책·시장·미디어 등 다차원적 접점을 조율하는 총체적 활동입니다. 따라서 특정 프로젝트를 추진할 때 임시적으로 꾸려지는 TF(Task Force)는 기민한 대응력을 바탕으로 혁신적 실험을 수행할 수 있는 핵심 조직입니다. 예술기획TF는 전통적 큐레이터 조직보다 유연하고, 기업 TF와 달리 창의성과 문화적 감수성을 최우선 가치로 둔다는 점에서 독자적 성격을 가집니다.
2. 조직 구조와 역할 분담
효율적인 예술기획TF는 역할의 중첩과 협업을 전제로 합니다. 기획자(큐레이터)는 서사를 만들고, 운영 담당자는 예산·일정·행정을 조율하며, 아티스트는 현장의 창작 언어를 제공합니다. 동시에 홍보·미디어 담당은 디지털 플랫폼과 대중의 언어를 다루고, 학술 자문은 이론적 기반을 제공합니다. TF는 소규모이지만, 네트워크 확장성과 파트너십 역량을 극대화하여 단기간에 성과를 만들어내야 합니다. 따라서 역할 분담은 명확하되, 상호 간의 크로스오버가 자연스럽게 이루어져야 합니다.
