문제를 다시 짚어보는 이유
예술조직의 성장은 단순히 규모의 확대나 재정 안정성을 의미하지 않는다. 그것은 창작 활동의 지속성과 사회적 영향력, 그리고 시대적 요구와의 정합성을 모두 포함한다. 그러나 현실적으로 예술조직이 성장하기 위해서는 안정적 재원과 전략적 운영이 필수적이며, 이 지점에서 전문경영인의 역할이 중요해진다. 한국 사회에서 전문경영인의 필요성이 유독 강조되는 이유는 압축 성장과 급격한 제도 변화 속에서 예술조직이 여전히 제도 의존적 구조에 머물러 있기 때문이다. 이제 전문경영인이 예술조직의 성장에 어떤 긍정적 가능성과 부정적 긴장을 동시에 내포하는지 살펴볼 필요가 있다.
변화하는 예술조직의 운영 방식
