우리는 불-확정성 위에 놓여있습니다.

모르는 것들과 만난다는 이야기죠. 그래서 그것이 무엇을 야기할지도 예상하지 못합니다.

세상은 그렇게 이어져 왔습니다. 많은 만남은 많은 변수를 가져오고, 변인들이 겹쳐 무엇이 결과인지도 모르게 미래로 견인됩니다.

실험들은 항상 이어져 왔습니다. 흰 벽과 작품의 만남, 시멘트와 오브젝트의 만남 등으로. 하지만 우리는 솔직히 똑-같은 가설을 주장하기 바빴습니다.

"내가 가장 잘만들었다." 그러니 나를 인정하라는 식. 정돈하여 생산되는 텍스트는 가설을 정형화하고 예측가능한 결과들이 예술이 되었습니다.

기획하여 만들어지는, 설계하여 만들어지는, 이상적인 무엇으로 비롯되는 아트(예술?)은 잔잔한 불편함을 가져왔습니다.

정장을 입으면 멋진 걸 알지만, 어딘가 낑겨서 불편해요. 헤쳐모여 전시의 드레스 코드는 누드에 가깝습니다.

헐벗은 누군가가 불편해 보이나요? 실오라기도 걸치지 않은 그대는 불편한가요?

갓 태어난 예술은 아무것도 입고 있지 않습니다.

그리고 9월 14일 새로운 예술가들이 태어납니다.

9월 14일 토요일에는 12개국에서 온 185명의 예술가들의 작품을 선보이는 그룹전시가 열립니다.

We stand on the brink of uncertainty.

This is about encountering the unknown. We cannot predict what will arise from these encounters. The world has always evolved this way. Every meeting introduces variables, and these intertwining factors drive the future forward in ways we cannot always comprehend.

Experiments have always been a part of this process. The meeting of a white wall with a work of art, or the collision of cement with an object, for instance. Yet, we’ve often been too busy defending the same hypothesis: “I made the best work, so acknowledge me.” These structured texts shape the hypothesis and make predictable outcomes into art.

But art, created through meticulous planning and careful design, has often left us with a subtle discomfort. Like wearing a tailored suit—you know it looks good, but something feels constricted. The dress code for the "hechyeomoyeo" exhibition is more like nudity.

Does someone stripped bare make you uncomfortable? Are you uneasy without a single thread on you?

Newly born art wears nothing at all.

And on September 14th, new artists will be born.
On Saturday, September 14th, a group exhibition will feature the works of 185 artists from 12 different countries.
